Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 Cup Vanilla ice cream
- 1 Cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 Packet Ice cubes
- 1 Cup Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- 2 Cups Fresh berries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Mixed Berry Puree:In a blender, combine the mixed berries and blend until you have a smooth puree. You can strain the puree to remove seeds if desired.
- Make Vanilla Shake Base:In the same blender, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar.Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Layer the Shake:Fill a glass with ice cubes.Pour a layer of the mixed berry puree over the ice.
